The 39th Annual International Pizza Expo (March 28-30, 2032) takes place next month. With more than 10,000 attendees and more than 500 manufacturers/suppliers the International Pizza Expo, held each March in Las Vegas, is where the industry meets to buy, sell and exchange vital information. Pizza Expo also features 70+ seminars, cooking demonstrations and workshops, keynote speeches, networking events as well as the World Pizza Games and the International Pizza Challenge.
We are again going to explore Point of Sale systems and meeting with representatives from HungerRush (formally Revention). We will explore on-line ordering once again. Our on-line ordering segment will expand the 2021-22 coverage to include “smart” embedded technology that markets to the customer as well as allowing the customer quick re-order options while not missing advertised specials.
We will also focus again on the heath and Keto (both true and friendly) segment by Sarah Barlow and April Fischer, This will be expanded to cover options that are simple to include in a “limited kitchen” pizzeria with a focus on drawing the KETO crowed into the mix. We will show what can be done in the Merrychef oven in just 30 seconds. We will expand greatly on last years crust options (egg and Cauliflower) as well as KETO friendly ingredients.
Note: Pizza is very KETO friendly when done right and pizzerias are now highly involved in the KETO world. We will present five new options for an 10 inch pizza with no more than 8 net carbs in total (not per piece). That is just 2 net carbs per person!
